Meet Brian
Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)Practical experience. Personal understanding.
Brian Pfeifer, owner and operator of ADAPT Home Solutions, combines hands-on renovation experience with personal caregiving experience. After his father suffered a serious fall, Brian prepared the home for his return—an experience that inspired him to earn his Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation and start ADAPT in 2022.
His experience supporting grandparents, his parents, his wife and an adult with disabilities shapes his approach: listen carefully, understand what daily life requires, and help make the home work better.

Questions before you contact us?
Can I ask about a small project?
Yes. Share one task or a list of repairs and improvements. We’ll discuss how ADAPT may be able to help and what comes next.
Can I arrange help for a parent or client?
Families, caregivers and care professionals are welcome to inquire. Tell ADAPT your relationship or professional role and the home concern you are helping address.
Is contacting ADAPT the same as booking a paid assessment?
No. We’ll explain the assessment scope and cost before you agree to a visit.
What if moving may be the better option?
ADAPT can help you explore Improve or Move options. If real estate representation is needed, Brian provides those services through Platinum Realty.
